PARENT CHECKLIST
1. Copy of Birth Certificate
2. Copy of 2006 / 2007 School Report Card
3. Copy of latest Physical Examination (Dated May 1st or later)
4. Parent Consent Form (Will be sent home with player 7/16/07)
5. Emergency Contact Form (Will be sent home with player 7/16/07)
6. Registration Form (Will be sent home with player 7/16/07)
7. Registration Fee ($75.00 dollars due 8/1/07)
Player will not be allowed to practice or play after August 4th until registration fee is paid above information is provided. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

FOOTBALL EQUIPMENT NEEDED
1. Thigh, hip, knee, and tail pads (Adams)
2. Black Practice Pants (Adams)
3. Mouthpiece
4. Cleats
5. Shoulder Pads
A limited amount of shoulder pads will be provided to players when registration fee is paid in full prior to August 4th.

2. Interest Meeting for Team Mom / Dads & Coaches May 26th
3. 2nd Annual Barbeque / Fundraiser (5th & Main Street) June 23rd
4. Monarchs Car Wash Fundraiser (Location & Time TBA) July 7th
5. Training, Conditioning & Skills Camp July 16th
(Penn Wood Middle School - 6pm to 8pm Mon - Fri)
6. Coaches Certification / Coaches Clinic (Widener Unv.) July 28th
7. Sweep the Street Fundraiser (Location & Time TBA) July 28th
8. Pre Season / Football Practice Begins July 30th
(Penn Wood Middle School - 6pm to 8pm Mon - Fri)
9. Parent/Coaches/Volunteer Meeting (Football Field 7:30pm) Aug 4th
10. Equipment Day (Football Field 11:00 am) Aug 5th
11. Coaches Beef & Beer Fundraiser (Location & Time TBA) Aug 18th
12. Regular Season Begins Sept 1st
13. Regular Season Ends Oct 13th
14. League Playoffs Oct 20th
15. Regional or Non League Games (Liberty or Bux Mont) Nov 3rd

** Practice, Scrimmages, and Home games will be held at Penn Wood Middle School which is located in on Cedar Avenue between 7th & 9th Streets in Darby.
